Second attempt to extract planning applications
A new table I've created after modifying a webscraper written by openlylocal and learning how to run database queries in SQL. This should be more accurate, but is subject to running a script, which is hosted on scraperwiki.com, so not fully in my control but is more complete as it identifies applications based on ward rather than postcode. The database is updated daily.
